Underpinning our simulator experience, TrackMan 4 is highly advanced technology that combines two radars and camera tracking software to measure your club, launch and ball-flight.

Our indoor golf simulators allow you to gain access to the most progressive and advanced performance-enhancing software in the industry.

How does TrackMan 4 work?

TrackMan 4 operates using a dual radar system, with one radar dedicated to tracking the club’s movement and the other measuring the ball’s flight. This allows for highly detailed swing analysis, capturing data points such as club path, attack angle, ball speed, spin rate, launch angle, and carry distance. The combination of radar tracking and high-speed camera analysis ensures that every shot you hit at Strokes Gained Studio is recorded with absolute precision, providing insights that traditional coaching alone can’t offer.

 TrackMan 4 provides over 40 different data points, covering both ball flight and club movement. Some of the key metrics include:

  • Ball data: Ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, carry distance, total distance, smash factor, apex height, and side spin.
  • Club data: Clubhead speed, attack angle, dynamic loft, club path, face angle, swing direction, and impact location.
  • Putting analysis: Launch direction, ball skid, roll percentage, and stroke tempo.
