Gym Training & Group Classes

At Strokes Gained Studio, we offer group gym classes designed exclusively for golfers, focusing on the physical demands of the game. Each session targets key areas like mobility, core strength, stability, and rotational power to help you swing more efficiently and stay injury-free. Our expert coaches guide you through structured, golf-specific programs in a supportive small-group environment. Whether you’re looking to hit the ball further, move better, or build a stronger body for golf, these classes are built to help you perform at your best.

Whats included?

The TPI assessment includes a 45 minute physical assessment with one of our TPI certified strength coaches.

This physical assessment is just one of the tools we use to assess your overall movement patterns for your golf swing. We use this in conjunction with some base strength assessments to help identify areas of your body that require attention to help you improve on the golf course, as well as off it with your improved health.
